What is OWNA Accounts Administration?

Create, Manage & Close Family Accounts
OWNA will create family accounts for you. This involves linking caregivers to financial accounts, setting them up for debiting, and linking them to CCS enrolments (if applicable).
Our admin team will also manage the ongoing management of accounts, such as payments & customer support.
When families leave your service, OWNA will take charge of closing the family account, ensuring they reach a $0 balance.
Having a product expert managing family accounts in OWNA can ensure accounts are set up correctly, managed properly throughout the family's time at your service, and closed off correctly. No more extra time spent on admin!
Manage CCS, Including Enrolments
OWNA will manage the CCS enrolment process, in conjunction with the creation of family accounts. We will ensure enrolments are confirmed and set up correctly, to ensure your families receive the maximum subsidies they are entitled to.
Our team will manage the ongoing CCS Session Reports, by submitting these every week. We will go through and resolve any errors, and update any incorrect attendances or session reports.
CCS Payments will be monitored to ensure they have been received, and the team will review and resolve any instances where CCS has been retracted. In certain instances, and where legal to do so, we will waive the gap fee on the advice of the service.
There are many instances in which CCS can cause confusion for providers and administrators. As experience professionals in the Child Care Subsidy System, we can ensure greater transparency for yourself and your families, and a smoother experience for everyone involved.
Manage Invoices & Payments
OWNA will ensure invoices are sent to families at the correct times, and payments are made in a timely manner. We will do this by placing all parents on a billing cycle, and invoicing/debiting them per the service's requirements.
For an additional fee, we can also follow-up on rejected payments to keep on top of family debt and help your service.
Debt management is one of the biggest financial problems that many services face. Ensuring efficient invoicing & debiting processes is essential for the financial health of your business.
Provide Customer Support to Families
Whilst managing the family accounts, OWNA can also provide customer support to families.
We know that sometimes things change - mostly with CCS - and families need an answer as soon as possible. So instead of going to you, for you to then follow-up with us, OWNA provides customer support to families via email & helpdesk.
On top of this, our team also provides priority support to you as the service, for matters related to CCS and/or family accounts.
All of our team have come from the OWNA support team and have been trained extensively on the importance of providing high-quality customer support. You can be sure that your families will have an improved experience when dealing with our knowledgeable and professional administrators.

All we require is that you sign up to a minimum 12 weeks.
This gives us enough time to set up everything on our end and ensure you've had enough time to get value out of our service.
After that, you're free to do whatever you want. As long as we keep providing an amazing service, we won't need to lock you into any more contracts.
We don't charge any setup costs.
Our packages start from $99/wk per centre, and goes up based on the number of family accounts you have.
