Firstly we wanted to say thank you for a great year. The OWNA Childcare App platform has grown from strength to strength on the back of all your feedback, usage and innovative suggestions. We couldn't have done it without all your support.

Have a safe and fantastic Christmas/Holiday period and wishing you all a prosperous new year in 2019. We are always here to help so we'll leave you with some helpful hints and tips for your App during this holiday period.

Children Leaving the Centre

Remember you can Inactivate a Child in advance now so that they no longer are part of the App after a specified date - it saves you having to physically go into the portal the day they finished to mark them as no longer attending. On the Portal, simply Edit the Child and Specify the End Date and Update. The system will then automatically Inactivate that child after that date.

Updating a Child's New Room/Day(s)

For children who are going into new rooms or updated day(s), again you can update those details in advance. Edit the Child, Update Permanent Days, and then Change the Room (if reqd), Update the Days attending and finally specify the date that it is to begin. The system will do the rest for you automatically.

OWNA Operating Period

We are operating during the holiday period minus any Public Holidays (Christmas, Boxing Day and New Years Day).
